Fattibene cured meat
Small artisan cured meat factory in the heart of the Dauni Mountains, Salumi Fattibene is located in Bovino; known throughout the province since 1826 for the historic butchery and the quality of the selected meats, the Fattibene family wanted to transfer all their wisdom and ancient practices in the processing of raw materials to the company to give shape to the excellence of transformation through the production of cured meats such as soppressatona, capocollo, musciska, bacon and beef carpaccio. Experience, history, innovation, care of raw materials, are the elements that characterize the Fattibene cured meat factory, placing it among the excellence of the Monti Dauni.
