Gustavo was born in the 2000s, initially as a small seaside restaurant that a few years later moved to the hinterland, specifically in Galatone in a lovely 1940s residence with an adjoining suggestive garden. Thus began a project that in the space of a few years is consolidated due to its characteristics mainly linked to the criteria of hospitality and responsible food linked to the territory. The response and success are immediate. After a few years, the group expands with a new receptive structure, a suggestive masseria immersed in the Salento countryside. The sites gustavoristoro.it and masseriasansebastiano.com can be visited.
