Luna rural laboratory (association for social promotion Ithaca)
The Itaca association has been managing the Luna rural laboratory project for 6 years through the regeneration of an abandoned rural space and the recovery of traditional agricultural products, in particular, saffron and Galatone apricot, and apricot variety now abandoned due to the advent of new commercial varieties. The association also carries out social activities and promotion of the territory and rural traditions.
