Masseria Piana delle Mandrie
For three generations, the Consiglio family has been carrying on the business of the Piana delle Mandrie company located in the beautiful countryside of Bovino. Here the Consiglio family lives daily through the crops and breeding of cattle, horses, sheep and through the transformation of their milk and fresh meats that give life to dairy products, cheeses, cured meats prepared according to the Bovinese tradition. The supply chain is closed in the splendid restaurant room inside the farm where the chef, with the utmost respect for the raw material, offers tasty dishes strictly linked to tradition and the territory.
The farm also offers the possibility of guided tours to the main points of interest in Bovino and educational paths that allow you to experience and enjoy the daily life of the farm through workshops that want to enhance and sensitize guests to healthy eating and respect for the environment.
