Mastromatteo biscuit factory
The Mastromatteo biscuit factory, in the village of Vico del Gargano, is an artisan company founded in 1980 that produces baked confectionery products and typical Apulian taralli. Michele and Paola every day in their laboratory elaborate dry biscuits respecting traditional recipes but also with a touch of creativity and tasty almond paste desserts.
