Pasticceria Di Maria “Il dolce della sposa” is an artisan excellence for the production of fresh and dry pastries, cakes and delicious semi colds, located in the historic center of the Municipality of Vico del Gargano. Michele and Barbara, the owners of the company, carry on an ancient tradition that still shines today: the famous Sospiri or Sweets of the Bride, or small dome-shaped sponge cakes, soft, with cream and covered with icing. Of course, there is no shortage of occasional desserts, fresh pastries, biscuits and cakes.
