Master Pizzaiolo Domenico Di Noia takes care of his naturally leavened dough with devotion, and also teaches in various schools and courses for pizza chefs, giving young people the opportunity to learn the secrets of an art envied by us all over the world. The pride of the Vico del Gargano area is the “paposcia”, a pan focaccia cooked in a wood-burning oven with a live flame that releases the scents and fragrances of the past that Domenico wisely recalls.
