Pizzeria Tony di Moreschi Antonio
First the grandmother, then the father, but today it is the very young Caterina who prepares pizza and paposcia in the Pizzeria da Tony. A female-driven business that carefully selects the flours and products used to offer traditional or delicious pizzas to the customer. Thanks to the constant guidance of her father Tony, Caterina knows the secrets, the beauty of the craft and the art of pizza that she puts into practice every day with passion. Then on the menu you can’t miss the famous paposcia di Vico, fragrant pan focaccia seasoned at will, but tradition requires it to be dressed with extra virgin olive oil and pecorino, to be accompanied with a selection of international, national and local beers.
